Description:
We request a bid for you to dismantle the equipment of the Oulu bus station building and the contract area in accordance with this invitation to tender and the tender documents. The demolition contract includes pima work. The subscriber has obtained the demolition permit needed for the demolition. The dismantling report and demolition have been made of the siteas well as contaminant survey, which is attached to the invitation to tender. The demolition work can be started in August 2025 and the contract must be completed and received on 27.02.2025. The demolition contract will also include small area work in the bus station in more detail in the invitation to tender before the actual demolition workStarting.Fi. The offer will be prepared on an electronic contract offer form on the bidding service.fi or Hilma supplier portals. The subscriber reserves the right not to accept any offers. Agreements comply with the contract terms of YSE 1998 in the construction industry if the invitation to tender or its annexes is notBe differently.
