• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the guidance service for the afternoon activities of Oulu city schools. This purchase is the same purchase of afternoon activities for sub-area 2. Eastern area, regarding Oulujoki school and for sub-area 5. private schools- Svenska Privatskolan i Uleåborg, because there was no offer for the subdivision. The criteria for organizing the service, the terms of the contract and the terms of the framework arrangement are the same. The city of Oulu organizes school afternoon activities as its own activity and also buys the service. Activities in the schools of the city of Oulu takes place between 11:00 and 16:30, on weekday school days from August to May-June, depending on the school year. At the time of publication of the request for tenders, the City of Oulu's Basic Education Afternoon Activity Plan 2025 is valid, which accordingly, afternoon activities are organized. The service to be procured must be of high quality and the service must be implemented as described in this request for tender and its appendices. This purchase applies to the afternoon activities of the Customer's basic education, excluding them schools where the Subscriber organizes the Service entirely as its own operation. The procurement is divided into four geographical areas, where the elementary schools of the city of Oulu are located, and the same areas also serve as pupil enrollment areas. The missing Oulujoki school in the 2nd Eastern region and the 5th private school Svenska Privatskolan i Uleåborg are now available for purchase, for which there was no offer at all.
