• Description:
• The Oulu Culture Foundation sr (hereinafter also the "customer") requests your offer for the event technology and stage structures of the musical Snowball in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. The Oulu Culture Foundation sr (hereinafter the Procurement Unit) event technology services with equipment (rental) for the implementation of the Snowball grand musical. The musical will be performed at Ouluhalli between 4 and 19 December 2026, and it is accompanied by a preliminary rehearsal period in Helsinki and Oulu. There are a total of 19 shows and the venue is Ouluhalli, Ouluhallintie 20, 90130 Oulu. The procurement includes two areas (hereinafter "module" or "group").1) Light, sound and video technology with structures (module 1) Note! The module also includes those related to space masking moltons / pipe&drape accessories. Section (module) 1 contains four (4) options that are not taken into account in the comparison of offers:1. Option: Ambient lighting for the rear spaces of the stage2. Option: Spatial lighting restaurant premises3. Option: Projection surface (fabric) rental / purchase4. Option: Rental of projectors The customer can, if he wishes, use the option / options of the winning bidder, if they have been offered. 2) Stage structures (module 2) The bidder can bid for either one or both sub-areas (modules 1 and/or 2). Everyone the module must contain all the structures, equipment, accessories and services necessary for its implementation.
