With this call for tenders, the Oulu Tilapalvelut company is looking for a supplier for an energy monitoring system. The system is intended to implement energy monitoring of approximately 240 objects managed by the Facilities Services. In this request for tenders, the name of the system and the entity offering the system are specifiedrequired characteristics and suitability requirements. The criteria required from the system must be operational no later than at the tender submission stage. The tenderer must meet the required characteristics and suitability requirements in the request for tenders in order for the tender to be accepted. In connection with the offerthe provider must leave the demo IDs in the system they offer. After signing the contract, the system must be ready for use no later than one month later.
