- The Oulu Facility Services department is requesting your offer for manual snowmaking in the winter season 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 in accordance with the documents attached to the request for tender. (The working hours have only changed compared to the previous offer) There are three buildings in question: Takkuranta school, Kello school and daycare center, Kiviniemi school and daycare center. The marked places can be found in the appendix. In all locations, the doors marked in red (49 pieces) must be done on weekdays by 2:00 p.m., the doors marked in blue must be done by 12:00 the next day. The snow is moved to be plowed by hand the area. The contractor must be prepared to carry out manual work, if the weather so requires, immediately after the end of this tender until the end of April 2026, in accordance with the maintenance class requirements (appendix work instructions). Contract period: Winter season 2025-2026. Contract period 15.12.2025 - 30.4.2026 Work will start immediately, depending on the weather conditions, according to the schedule announced by the customer. Option option: Winter season 2026-2027. Contract period 1.10.2026 - 30.4.2027. The basis for the decision is the cheapest offer that meets the conditions of the request for tender. The client reserves the right not to order work that does not fit the budget. Subscriber does not commit to the stated square footage. The contractor must familiarize himself with the sites when submitting a bid. The customer makes inspection rounds and quality deviations are immediately reported to the contractor (failure to do so) and the contractor must then start the work within 2 hours.
