Oulu Tilapalvelut liikelaitos requests your offer for the inspections and maintenance of the lighting and electrical systems of the track and fitness trails (hereafter also the "customer") in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The purpose of the procurement is to agree on a partnership-based lighting and electrical system inspections and maintenance framework arrangement with one (1) framework contract supplier, later the supplier. One service provider is selected as a substitute. Contract period 1 December 2025-31 August 2026. Option period 1 September 2026-31 August 2027. Inspections and maintenance are carried out in autumn tentatively from 01.09-31.10 in a round, where the routes are cycled through and observed e.g. the condition of the poles, burned out lamps, the condition of the wires, other risks and findings. during the inspection and maintenance round, the centers are photographed and the locations of the light lines and poles of the Land Survey are marked to the map and handed over to the Customer. The exact inspection times will be agreed separately together. Attached to the request for tenders is an indicative target list of track and fitness routes. For the season 2025-2026, the customer has carried out inspections and maintenance. The future service provider will do so during the 2025-2026 season repairs in practice. The lifts are purchased by the service provider and their costs are based on actual costs and are added as an attachment to the invoice.
