• Oulu Facility Services - Maintenance and repair services for lift doors and sliding and folding doors The Oulu Tilapalvelut business institution requests your offer for the maintenance and repair of electric lift doors and sliding and folding doors of properties managed by Tilapalvelut repair services. The goal of the procurement is to ensure the operational safety of the equipment, operational reliability and predictability of costs with a framework arrangement based on partnership. OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The object of the acquisition are: - electric and manual lift door maintenance and repair services - maintenance and repair services for sliding and folding doors The acquisition includes: - regular annual maintenance of lift doors - urgent and non-urgent bug fixes - the possibility of a new purchase in situations where the device correction is not appropriate - spare parts required for equipment to be serviced and repaired More detailed requirements are presented in "Service description" (Appendix 1). CONTRACT ARRANGEMENT A framework arrangement is formed from the procurement with one (1) supplier, which covers maintenance and repair services for lifting, sliding and folding doors. The subscriber does not have a quantity purchase obligation. Services are ordered during the contract period as needed. During the contract period, the procurement items may increase or decrease, and the customer has the right to add more or remove items from the contract.
