Description:
The invitation to tender includes the extentor, painting, plaster and wallpapering of the inside of Aleksinkulma in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The work also includes:- Cleaning of Surfaces- Pooping of Floors, Walls and Roofs Epoxy Coating Planking FloorsIncluding the renovation of the old plank floor.-- The stencil paintings on the walls of the MyllykabinetCompletely done. The procurement is not included - the renovation of the preserved wooden windows and doors - painting of radiators - the main contractor and main contractor for the lacquer of the massive oak plank flooring is the Oulu Farm Services. The project is implemented as a subcontractor where the contractor is straightin the contractual relationship with the subscriber (contracting entity). The building is closed for the duration of the renovation. There are no users' activities at that time.
