Description:
We request your offer for parquet work on the Oulu10B Basic Repair Project, including grinding and lacquer work, in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. - The offer price should include all the work, materials, and trace patches so that work will be fullyready made. - The subscriber installs 1 floor floor plywood and 2nd floor leveling. - The project will be implemented as a subcontractor where the contractor is in a direct contractual relationship with the subscriber (contracting entity). - buildingis closed for the duration of the renovation. There are no users' activities at that time. The contract area is located in a lively urban area and the contractor must take special care for safety. Contract boundaries and responsibility- The subscriber shows the premises for work during Oulu 10- Dressing and washing facilities for the agency building without compensation. - Storage and other facilities: The storage space is really scarce, the contractor should note that the site cannot store supplies. - There is no parking facility on the site and the subscriber does not arrange it.
