Description:
We request your offer for the Oulu10B renovation project for sub-roof and acoustics, pre-made in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The work includes:- ceiling work AK2, AK4, AK5 and A1- AV installation walls installed and upholstery of the side-hinged cabinet boards- The work does not include the AK4, AK5 and A1 decking and foreheads - the offer price must include all the work, materials, and post -patching so that the work will be fully completed. - The main contractor and main implementer of the site is the Oulu Farm Services-establishment. - The project will be implemented as a subcontractor where the contractor is in a direct contractual relationship with the subscriber (contracting entity). - The building is closed for the duration of the renovation. There are no users' activities at that time. The contract area is located in a lively urban area and the contractor must comply withParticular care of safety. Contract boundaries and responsibility- the subscriber indicates the premises for the duration of the work in the Oulu 10 Office for dressing and washing facilities without compensation. - Storage and other facilities: The storage space is really scarce, the contractor should note that on the sitecannot store supplies.
