- This design service agreement includes the construction of the construction planning of the Oulu Personnel Yard. The design area is mainly located for the Oulu traffic site in Oulu Station, approximately one kilometer between 751+600 - 753+300. The following goals have been set for improving the design section: Developing the track section- Increasing capacity - Improvement of disturbances - supporting the current community structure and future land use needs - Safety of business transport and freight traffic reliability Road safety and fluidity - accessibility and accessibilityImprovement - Improving Road and Transport Safety - Pedestrian and Cycling and Public Transport Solutions and Enabling Smooth Travel Chains High -quality and unhindered - a workable solution to the organizations of traffic during workDeveloping Environmental - Improvement of Visual Overall and Covenant - Enhancement of Land Use - Promotion of Circular Economy Economic - Technical Economically Profitable, Generally Approved and Directed Design Solutions The task is implemented in the invitation to tender and in the pastBased on the track plan. The aim of the work is to draw up a feasible construction plan by modeling. The thesis specifies the technical solutions and cost estimate of the track plan under the Railway Act.
