- The Oulu Farm Services Company requests offers for skating field maintenance as a total price contract for winter season 2025-2027.
The acquisition includes possible options for winter seasons 2027-2028 and 2028-2029.initial freezing of the fields, maintenance freezing, planing and snow plowing on both fields and field service routes. Handmade jobs include: the entrances of skating boards that should be kept free of the snow. It is the responsibility of the service provider to observe the structures of the area, the surfaces,the condition of the equipment and other similar and report the deviation immediately to the subscriber.
The contracts are divided into three areas. The contract is made by contract/sub-areas, where one service provider is selected. The contractor is required to explore the items before submitting the offer.

Area 3 Oulu Haukipudas
The price offer must be based on the invitation to tender and the quotation documents attached to it. The more detailed content and scope of the work is presented in the attached task cards and the contract area map.
The offer may concern one, two or all threecontract/sub-area. Pricing for new items must be equivalent to the pricing of the equivalent agreement.
