- Oulu Tilapalvelut business institution requests your offer for radon tests as a "turnkey" service for the contract period March 1, 2026 - February 29, 2027. Possible option period March 1, 2027 - February 29, 2028. Radon research is a professional service that is performed by Oulu Facility Services -in the buildings of the business establishment and their interiors in accordance with Finnish laws and standards. Radon studies (measurements) are produced as a complete service with STUK's officially approved radon measurement jars and method. The measurement results are reported to STUK's system. As a rule, the measurements are performed as long-term measurements of 2 months. The official long-term measurement (measuring jar) is carried out during the cold season. mileage allowances (also from other places than Oulu offer considerate trips), personnel work, measuring jars and their delivery to and from buildings, and reporting of results. The price is given under the name "procurement criteria". A radon measurement point, it is a single measurement point. The service price in one building is the radon measurement point x the number of measurement points, including all costs. The number of measurement points is always agreed on a case-by-case basis with the customer before the measurements starting and the radon measurement method is applied to it. There are typically several measurement points per building (5-20 pcs). The number of measurement objects (buildings) varies every year, in 2026 there will be approx. 15 objects.
