- The object of the procurement is the provision of property maintenance services for Oulun Sivakka Oy, Sivakka-Yhtyma Oy and Oulun Tervatalot Oy. The contract is concluded separately with each company. The acquisition concerns property maintenance contracts for approximately 35 properties.
The customer has dimensioned as the subject of the request for quotation oleva properties for five (5) area maintenance personnel/property managers. Through experience, the client has formed an image of the amount of work with which the quality level described in this request for tender and the work performance specified in the maintenance work instructions are realized in the properties.
The number of working hours announced by the provider (i.edelivery) falls substantially below the dimensioning presented in the customer's real estate information system (Tampuuri) (-15%), it is likely that the quality level set in this request for tender and/or the work performance specified in the maintenance work instructions will not be carried out in accordance with the specifications during the contract period.
In this case, when evaluating the validity of the offer, the customer can reject the offer or offers as not responding to the request for a quote. When processing offers, it is considered that the basic working hours of one employee are approx. 160 hours per month. The tasks and works of property maintenance included in the contract are described inin appendix 1 of Kemm's request for tenders. "Overview of the service".
TAMPUURI OPERATIONAL CONTROL SYSTEM
