Description:
The object of the acquisition is the provision of property maintenance services for Sivakka Oy and Sivakka-Yhtymae Oy in Oulun. The contract is concluded separately with both companies. The acquisition concerns property maintenance contracts for approximately 25 properties.
The customer has dimensioned the properties that are the subject of the request for tenders in fourfor the (4) regional maintenance person/property manager. Through experience, the customer has formed an image of the amount of work with which the quality level described in this request for tender and the work performance specified in the maintenance work instructions are realized in the properties.
If the number of working hours (measurement) announced by the tenderer remains oslightly less than the dimensioning presented in the customer's real estate information system (Tampuuri) (-15%), it is likely that the quality level set in this request for tender and/or the work performance specified in the maintenance work instructions will not be carried out in accordance with the specifications during the contract period.
Then the subscriber canwhen evaluating the validity of the bid, reject the bid or bids as non-responsive to the request for bids. When processing offers, it is considered that the basic working hours of one employee are approx. 160 hours per month. The tasks and works of property maintenance included in the contract are described in more detail in the request for tenderin appendix 1. "Overview of the service".
TAMPUURI OPERATIONAL CONTROL SYSTEM
