- Oulun Tilapalvelut liikelaisto asks for your offer to carry out annual HVAC repair work for properties maintained by Oulun Tilapalvelut, as well as HVAC technical work that supports maintenance and operation. several different HVAC technical works every year. The work is focused on eight geographical areas, which are managed by eight different property managers under the property manager. All areas consist of a total of 510 buildings and are with a gross area of approximately 810,000 bmr2. The amount of annual repairs is estimated to be 2.5 to 4 million euros (VAT 0%). The work is mainly for heating, water and sewage, ventilation, electricity, crime reporting, sprinkler and building automation systems repair, maintenance, cleaning, maintenance, renovation, change and measurement and adjustment work, as well as expert reviews of building technical systems, however excluding renewals and renovations of the building automation system. In terms of content, the works are different types in terms of size and cost. The work is focused on the summer months, when schools and kindergartens are closed or there are no activities. Jobs are ordered as hourly jobs or reduced tenders. Hourly jobs follow the order of priority, so the jobs offered primarily to the 1st ranked supplier.
