Description:
The procurement concerns the ventilation filters for the intake and exhaust air devices used in Oulu's Tilapalvelut buildings. The procurement also includes the customer's product support with ordering systems, an initial survey and an annual property tour. The customer acquires products during the term of the contract based on its actual needs and quantities at any given time. The estimated purchase price of the filters is approx. €350,000/year (VAT 0%). Delivery addresses and their quantity, as well as the number of deliveries, may change during the term of the contract, for example properties in the Hyvinvointi area. Filters the materials are defined in the calculation form in the appendix and the materials have been tested in practice for the customer. The customer adheres to the request for tenders for them. From the acceptable tenders, one (1) supplier with the overall economic advantage will be selected. affordability, where the price weight is 30% and quality 70%. The contract period is 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2027. Option periods 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2028 and 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2029. The contract complies with JYSE 2025 goods agreement.
