• Oulun Tilapalvelut business institution is looking for a service provider to implement a rental system for use by Oulun Tilapalvelut for rent control and external renting as well as for managing external and internal leases. The rental system will operate in Oulu as the Master Data of the city's properties - a place from which the information must be transferred as an intermediary for the integration to be built, e.g. to the maintenance book for the maintenance of the properties. In this request for tenders, the rental system and the provider of that system are defined the required suitability requirements and system features. If some of the required system features are missing or are still in the development phase, the provider prepares a separate system development plan. Features required of the system must be completed at least 80% at the time of submission of the offer. The requirement is checked in the form filled out by the bidder ( Appendix 2, "checklist"). In addition, the bidder presents a development plan for the missing system features in a separate section at the usability testing event. The subscriber's current rental system is Haahtela's real estate information. If the service provider changes, the history of the rental system and the transfer of other historical data will be done in cooperation with the subscriber and the new service provider. Transferring the data to the rental system is done during the implementation project.
