Oulun Tilapalvelut - System procurement for rental operations The Oulun Tilapalvelut business institution is looking for a service provider to implement a rental system for the use of Oulun Tilapalvelut for rent control and outside renting, as well as external and internal for managing leases. The rental system will function as a Master Data location for the City of Oulu's properties, from where the information will be transferred to the maintenance book for the maintenance of the properties as a proxy for the integration being built. This call for tenders has defined suitability requirements and system characteristics required of the rental system and the provider of that system. If some of the required system features are missing or are still in the development phase, the provider will prepare a separate one system development plan. At least 80% of the features required of the system must be met during the offer submission phase. The requirement is checked in the form filled out by the bidder ( Appendix 2, "checklist"). In addition, the bidder presents a development plan missing system features in a separate usability testing event. The subscriber's current rental system is Haahtela's real estate information. If the service provider changes, the history of the rental system and other historical data will be transferred in cooperation with the customer and the new service provider.
