• The object of the acquisition is the out-of-hours emergency service for the municipality's properties. The service applies to urgent and sudden repair and maintenance tasks outside office hours, which are necessary to prevent damage or safety risks. to prevent. Duty to be on call includes, among other things:- reception and evaluation of alarm notifications- readiness for emergency measures- urgent property maintenance, HVAC, electrical and construction technical actions on site- damage prevention and making the object safe. In addition, the service includes ticketing at municipal properties on weekdays, weekends and holidays in accordance with separate instructions. The monthly charge includes on-call readiness and all those emergency visits where the work performed at the site takes no more than 60 minutes from the service provider's arrival at the site. The arrival time is verified from the service provider's work report. No travel time count as work performed at the site. If the work performed at the site exceeds 60 minutes, the excess work time will be billed as an hourly charge. Hourly billing starts from the 61st minute and is billed for the starting hour.
