- The acquisition focuses on the three seasons (spring, summer, autumn) from the Pirkanmaa Welfare Rescue Rescue Fund funds. A total of about 600-700 jackets are purchased, of which women's jackets account for about 100-120. The jackets must be lining, wind -resistant and water -repellent outdoor jackets with a water column value of at least 5000 mm and breathability at least 5000 g/m2/24h.
