• Description:
• The Päijät-Häme welfare area is requesting bids for the production of substance abuse treatment rehabilitation services in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. The procured services are described in more detail in the tender documents, especially in appendix 1 Service description. Addiction care rehabilitative services are obtained for adults suffering from substance abuse and other addictions at three (3) different service levels, which are: - outdoor rehabilitation, - institutional rehabilitation and - family rehabilitation. Based on service levels, procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas, which are: Sub-area 1. Open rehabilitation of substance abuse treatment Sub-area 2. Institutional rehabilitation of substance abuse treatment Sub-area 3. Demanding institutional rehabilitation of substance abuse treatment Sub-area 4. Family rehabilitation of substance abuse treatment as institutional rehabilitation and demanding as plant rehabilitation The procurement has been divided into parts so that it is possible to submit partial bids to the entire procurement. The bidder can make an offer for one or more areas. Each sub-area is compared separately. If the same Provider is selected As a service provider for several areas, the procurement unit reserves the right to combine the respective procurement groups into the same contract. The procurement procedure establishes a framework arrangement for which all suitability and service providers who meet the minimum requirements, excluding sub-area 1, open rehabilitation of substance abuse treatment, for which, however, a maximum of three (3) service providers who meet the suitability and minimum requirements are selected.
