Description:
The city of Oulainen (hereinafter the "customer" or "procurement unit") is requesting a bid for payroll administration services (hereinafter the "service") in accordance with the procurement notice published on Tarjouspalvelu.fi, Hilma and TED, as well as this request for tender and its attachments. The object of the acquisition and that the relevant requirements are described in detail in the tender request and its appendices. The purpose of the procurement contract is to purchase a service solution based on the bidding process, in which the service provider offers comprehensive payroll services to the customer. The service includes payroll administration services and applications offered by the service provider, to which the subscriber receives access rights according to the agreement. The subscriber has 331 employees (31.10.2025) and in addition trustees who are paid monthly. On average, 470 salary calculations are made per month. Subscriber applies KVTES, OVTES, TTES and TS official and collective agreements and possible local agreements. The service provider is required to be ready to produce payroll and other services included in the procurement in accordance with official and collective agreements. The customer must have the service in production use at the latest From June 1, 2026.
