Description:
The organization of the salary administration of the municipality of Joutsa has been examined as part of the development of operations and finances. The aim is to ensure the smooth, efficiency and timeliness of payroll calculation in a changing operating environment. Outsourcing payroll will introduce specialized expertise, up -to -datesystems, substitute arrangements and the ability to use the development of the service provider's processes and technology. In addition, outsourcing can bring cost -effectiveness and reduce administrative load, which allows resources to be targeted to municipal core functions.
