Description:
The acquisition focuses on the comprehensive outsourcing of the Veikkaus Group's pay and working time management.
The acquisition includes the implementation of the salary and working time management service, the implementation of system integrations, the maintenance of systems, and the pay and time management service production.
Veikkaus Oy is responsible for the conclusion of the contract and is a contractor in the direction of the tenderer. Permissions for systems In addition to Veikkaus, it is also extended to the Group's subsidiaries, which also serve as end users of the service.
The service includes statutory payments, accounts, reporting and archiving (eg AY membership fees, bailouts, sickness fund fees, Kela applications, income register). The working time management service covers working time planning and monitoring processes. The service includes recording working time, optimizing shifts, resource and holiday design, and absenteeism.
