Description:
The object of the procurement is the overall design of the Kiinteistoe Oy Ab Pakkalantie 30 central kitchen with food terminal functions project, which is ordered from one company. An accelerated limited procedure is used as the procurement procedure. Kiinteistoe O is the procurement unit and developer in the projecty Ab Pakkalantie 30, on whose behalf and under the authority of the City of Helsinki's service center business department (Palvelukeskus Helsinki) is conducting the tender for the purchase.
The central kitchen with food terminal functions project along Vantaa's ring road III includes the currently operational production facility tthe new central kitchen area to be built for onti and the building containing the central kitchen with food terminal functions, a total of
5,300 m2, of which the production area is about 2,450 m2, the logistics area is about 1,700 m2, the apartment area is about 350 m2 and the technical facilities are about 800 m2. Rathe kennel has approximately 2-3 floors. The area of the plot is approximately 33,000 m2. The yard area includes the maintenance yard and car parking with access routes, as well as the areas required by the reception and dispatch office. The overall design takes into account the building's expansion reserve and its design.
