• Description:
• The object of the acquisition is the renting of OYS Modular premises for the welfare area of ​​Northern Ostrobothnia (hereinafter referred to as Pohde). The winner of the tender acts as the developer, property owner and lessor of the project. The goal of the project is to move the polyclinics and other functions out of the old facilities, so that the demolition and new construction of the old OYS hospital facilities can be promoted. The building or buildings to be rented must consist of moveable modules that can be moved and used if necessary in other Pohte locations or elsewhere. All modules must be new. The size of the premises to be rented is initially approx. 3000-6000 brm2, however the largest is 10,000 brm2, but will be specified in the negotiations. The target is the following functions and facilities: • Renal and dialysis unit • Various outpatient facilities • Support facilities The acquisition can also be divided into parts and it can include options. The acquisition includes premises: - design, - construction, - financing, - renting and - maintenance in more detail to the extent defined in the final request for tenders The construction site of the project is located in Oulu's Kontinkanka, in the area of Oulu's hypodermic hospital, at Kajaanintie 50, 90220 Oulu. The project is implemented as a rental model, where Pohde rents premises for polyclinics and other Pohte operations from the winner of the tender. The rental period is initially 5-15 years. The tenant must have the opportunity to redeem the building after the end of the rental period....
