Description:
The municipality of Nakkila is asking for tenders for the renewal of the water roof of the old part of Päiväkoti Kuperkeika and related measures. The address of the construction site is Munckinkatu 2, 29250 Nakkila. The floor area of the older part of the daycare center is approx. 600 m2. From that one on the building part, the old brick roof with its substructures will be demolished and replaced with a machine-seamed sheet metal roof. In addition, eaves structures will be repaired and other repairs related to the renewal of the water roof will be carried out. The construction period will be between June 22, 2026 - 15.9.2026. The form of the contract is one total price contract, where the selected contractor acts as the main implementer of the project. The daycare center will be used as a daycare center throughout the construction project. Construction work must not cause noise during the day that disturbs children's naps between 12:00 and 14:00. The yard areas of the daycare center are play areas, so special attention must be paid to the fencing of the construction site areas.
