The acquisition is part of the implementation of the new main building of the Paavola school at Hirsikankaantie 3, 62900 Alajarvi. whose purpose is to replace the old school building with modern and functional teaching facilities. The extent of the new building is 3152.5 k-m2 (real floor area) and 3348.5 brm2 (gross area). special education facilities, staff facilities and common learning environments. Building site and current building stock: In the future at the construction site there is a stone school building built in 1957/1960.
