Description:
The City of Tornio competes in the painting and renovation of the Pohja Stadium and the maintenance buildings in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. Construction work includes the external painting of the Stadium, the timing tower and the multifunctional building, the renovation/repair of the spectators benchesand the renewal of the timing tower and other work in accordance with the tender documents. The condition for the acceptance of the offer is to explore the site together with the subject's supervisor before the bid is submitted.The site hosts football and athletics and other events during the contract, which should be taken into account in the organization and scheduling of the work. The necessary lifts, etc., will be moved out of the field after the working day. Painting work on the auditorium is carried out by region so that the audits are always available.Event schedules as an attachment.The acquisition is subject to the general terms and conditions of the construction contract YSE 1998 to the extent that there is nothing else in the tender documentsthe said.
