- The technical services of the city of Tornio requests your offer for the exterior painting contract for the Åström side building in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. CONTENT OF THE CONTRACT AND THE CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS painting work and possible repair work, such as the repair of possible small rot damage, in accordance with the attached contract accounting documents. The painting work explanation and facade plans are attached. The total price includes all construction work and supplies in accordance with the plans mentioned in the list of documents, the obligations of the contractor responsible for site services and the obligations of the main contractor, including site management duties, organization of site services, security organization at the contractor's expense and other obligations of the main contractor.
