Description:
The construction project includes the rebuilding of the Pakkahuone Pier.
The contract includes rebuilding the old pier and port wall.
The building area is located to the north of the South Port of Helsinki, on the eastern edge of Estonia.
The developer is the urban environment of the city of Helsinki The General Areas of the Industry, which also serves as a subscriber according to YSE 98.
The work under the contract documents must be ready and received and the inspections required by authorities and inspecting institutions by 30.4.2027.
The contract form is an overall contract, where the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor within the meaning of YSE and Finnish legislation. The contractor is responsible for the site management responsibilities and site services.
