The city of Helsinki is planning a new construction project for the maintenance building of the Pallet Lake. as a total responsibility technical solutions contract (TR contract). The contract is planned to include an area of ​​approximately 550 gross square meter (approx. 460 htm2) service building, which includes changing rooms, a sauna and a cafeteria as public spaces, and to which staff facilities include technical maintenance and storage facilities as well as break and social facilities. The construction site requires the building to be piled on clay-based soil, and the immediate vicinity of the Palettilammi (artificial pond) requires careful construction management of runoff during construction in order to keep the water in the pond clean.
