• The Finnish Defense Forces is requesting your offer for new, wooden, EUR and FIN pallets in accordance with the standards mentioned in the request for tender, wooden pallet collars in accordance with the standards suitable for the pallets, and specified pallet bottom and cover plywood. Production with their requirements (materials and standards) are better detailed in the price form, appendix 2. Based on the tender, a procurement contract will be concluded with the supplier who won the tender for the years 2026-2029. In addition, those who are the subject of the tender regarding the products, it is required that the delivered products have been manufactured by licensed pallet manufacturers (FIN and EUR pallet). The supplier is required to be ready to keep buffer stocks in Finland for security reasons, which is responsible for the contract products average 4-month need. The need for material to be stored for a period of 4 months is detailed in Appendix 3. Size of customer stock. The products to be stored are divided into two warehouses located in different locations. Keeping stocks belongs to the products price.
