• The city of Kemi requests bids in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. The request for tender concerns the partial covering of the roof terrace of the town hall and renovation works of the viewing terrace. The waterproofing of the terrace on the old side contains harmful substances which will be removed in connection with modifications.
