• Partial outsourcing of financial administration, Savukoski municipality Savukoski municipality has implemented the partial outsourcing of financial administration as a temporary arrangement until September 30, 2026. With the help of partial outsourcing, the municipality's financial administration and accounting have been brought up to date and operationally reliable. Based on the benefits achieved, the municipality considers it appropriate to continue the partial outsourcing model in the coming contract period as well. The municipality maintains its own expertise in financial administration so that the task of assistant in financial administration (0.6 htv) will be opened for application after the conclusion of the subcontract. The municipality's own personnel are responsible for the tasks according to the division of responsibilities table (Appendix 2). The partially outsourced service supports the operational security of the financial administration and ensures sufficient backup personnel arrangements. The main objectives of the acquisition are: - a clear and appropriate division of labor between the municipality's own operations and the external service provider - ensuring the continuity of financial management and backup personnel arrangements. Subject to acquisition is the partial outsourcing of financial administration services for the period 1 October 2026-30 September 2029. The contract includes the possibility of two (2) option years. The final contract period and termination conditions are defined in connection with the contract negotiations. The expected total value of the acquisition is 300,000 euros (VAT 0%). The value is the customer's estimate and does not bind the purchasing unit.
