Description:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (hereinafter "customer" or "procurement unit") requests candidates to send an application for participation in the
restricted procedure in accordance with the procurement announcement published on the Hilma announcement channel.
The object of the procurement is described in Appendix 1, Description of the object of procurement. It is the Ministry of Foreign Affairsfurther development of the national visa information system, support and maintenance services as well as operating services and services related to cloud migration.
The customer chooses one (1) supplier with whom it enters into a framework agreement. The chosen supplier can also be a group formed by bidders.
The framework agreement isValid for 7 years and starts from the signing of the contract. Agreements concluded on the basis of the framework agreement enter into force upon signing the agreement according to the customer's needs.
The estimated start date of the framework contract period is spring 2023 and the contracts for the first services and the orderwill start in the end of 2023/early 2024.
The maximum value of the procurement is 70,000,000 euros according to the monetary value at the time of announcement.
