  Description of the procedure and its stages of propagation:: The contract notice will establish a partner register for aliens. An application can be submitted at any time during the period of validity of the partner register. Applications received by 15th of June will be processed in the month of viup to date. For the first time applications will be processed in January 2019. A decision will be made on the approval of the partner register.
