Description of the procedure and its stages of propagation:: The contract notice will establish a partner register for aliens. An application can be submitted at any time during the period of validity of the partner register. Applications received by 15th of June will be processed in the month of viup to date. For the first time applications will be processed in January 2019. A decision will be made on the approval of the partner register. Each competition is awarded a decision and a contract agreement for more than 30,000 euros.facade and water paintings on a per-site basis. Requests for bids are sent to all the partners in the partner register. If there are jobs in both areas, a call for tenders will be sent to all those in the register. The award criteria for the tenders arethe cheapest price at night.
