Description: The City of Kaarina is organizing a tender for transport organized in accordance with the Disability Services Act and the Social Welfare Act, together with related escort services and order brokerage and travel card management system services related to the transport service, see service description (Section 8 of the Disability Services Act 380/1987, Social Welfare Act
1301/2014 § 23) for the period from 1.5.2021 (target) to 31.12.2022, after which the contract may be extended on the original terms by the subscriber's decision for two (2) periods of one (1) year 1.1.2023-31.12.2023 and 1.1.2024- 31.12.2024 (option).
During the first month of the agreement (May 1-31, 2021), the service provider will deliver the required number of travel cards and train the users of the travel card management system in Kaarina's staff. The actual production of services will not start until 1.6.2021 (target).
