Electronics pasta printing machine for the production line, 1 pc. Technical requirements: Automatic pasta printing machine for SMD production line use. The front edge of the conveyor is fixed, the direction of the conveyor is from left to right. Suitability for at least the circuit board size interval (X/Y): 100mm/50mm - 500mm/500mm Suitability at least for circuit board thickness range: 0.6mm-5mm Suitability for stencil frame size (X/Y): 585mm/585mm - 735mm/735mm Adjustable stencil holder width Free space below the carrier at least 15mm PCB top and side clamping Stencil wet/dry cleaning device Wet-print print accuracy ± 20.0 μm @ 6 Sigma or more accurate Print inspection with a camera Connection standard: SMEMA Other requirements: Installed reference machines at least 1pc Finnish-language technical support and maintenance The delivery includes Finnish and English instructions for use Warranty length at least 12 months Price delivered to Savonlinna - device installed and ready for operation including the necessary peripherals and software.
