Description:
Patient heaters are subject to the acquisition. Patient heaters are used, for example, during surgery or procedure to maintain the patient's temperature. There are equipment especially in surgery and intensive care units, but they are also found in other units such as inpatient wards or outpatient clinicsand on the emergency departments. The configuration includes a fan unit and its accessories, as well as a patient -specific/disposable heat blanket or mattress. Patients are of different sizes and age, ie the range of disposable supplies should be very comprehensive. The acquisition is implementedOn the basis of the use compensation, the fan units and accessories are delivered free of charge and the supplier will only charge for disposable supplies. The equipment should be serviced and repaired according to the manufacturer's maintenance program throughout the contract period and, if necessaryto the user unit for maintenance or repair. The agreed number of devices is placed in different units. Hus has about 500 devices in the units. The wellness areas of South Karelia, Kymenlaakso and Paijat-Hame have a total of about 100 devices. During the contract period, the number of equipment and locations maychange according to the customer's needs. This is an overall acquisition, that is, the procurement is not divided into parts. This is a joint acquisition of several contracting units, which is implemented as a procurement ring.
