Description:
HUS requests your offer for patient transfers abroad at HUS's expense, which are patient transport services ordered by the HUS Akuutti Sairaankuljetus Vaelytyskeskus (later HUS Sairaankuljetus). The acquisition does not apply to transfers abroad paid directly by the insurance company.
For the competitionAmbulance service companies that meet the conditions and suitability requirements of this call for tenders can participate.
This is a service procurement in accordance with Annex E of the Procurement Act (1397/2016).
The procurement is divided into sub-areas 1,2 and 3 and the bidder can make an offer in one or more sub-areas.
The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-areas:
Sub-area 1: Escorting by ship
Sub-area 2: Escorting a seated patient by plane
Sub-area 3: Ambulance flight
HUS The area of operation for hospital transport is currently as follows:
HUS own hospitals
• HYKS hospitals; Sick in Helsinki, Jorvi and Peijaslat
• Lohja hospital area hospitals
• Porvoo hospital area hospitals (Porvoo hospital and Kevaetkummu hospital)
• Hyvinkaeae hospital area hospitals (Hyvinkaeae and Kellokoski hospital)
• HYKS, Laensi-Uudenmaa hospital area (Laensi-Uudenmaa hospital and Tammiharju hospital) sickala
The subscriber can alternatively request a quote for the service from all service providers in the sub-region when the need to transfer a patient abroad takes place on other than the most used routes described above, e.g. European destinations / and or remote destinations.
