Description:
The purpose of the work is to implement the renewal and programming of the logic and touch screens of three regulatory dams in Northern Ostrobothnia. In addition, the dams are connected to the ELY Centers Control System (WinCC). Work includes automation design, dam control control, control,alarms, communication control room, WinCC-supervisor programming / modifications, and system deployment, component acquisition and installation, operating training, and documentation. The acquisition unit reserves the right to negotiateall commercial and technical conditions in the tender if the circumstances, needs or design criteria of the contracting entity change during the procurement competition. The contracting entity will inform all tenderers in writing about these changes in the acquisition. The contracting entity to reserve itselfIf necessary, the right to reject all offers.
