Certia Oy asks to submit a bid for the payment services services in accordance with the invitation to tender to Certia and to the clients mentioned in this invitation to tender and in its appendices for the contract period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028.
The acquisition agreement will continue as an option by one (1) year for the period 01.01.2029 - 31.12.2029 Unless Certiatermination of the contract to end at the end of the contract /option period. If the contract is terminated, it shall be made at the latest six (6) months before the end of the contract /option period in writing.
