OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
The object of the procurement is the delivery of a payroll information system as a SaaS service, which includes the implementation of the service implementation project, maintenance service and further development work related to the service as defined in the request for tender and its appendices. The object of the acquisition is described more specifically in the request for tenders and its attachments, especially attachments 1 Description of the procurement object_PLJ and 1.1 List of requirements_PLJ.
There are voluntary options in the procurement, the options and their pricing are described in appendix 16 of the request for tenders, Options_PLJ.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The fixed-term contract period is two (2) years, after which the contract continues indefinitely.
The goal is for the agreement to enter into force in January 2026, when the implementation project will start.
SELECTION BASIS AND SUPPLIER SELECTION
The selection criteria for procurement is overall economic affordability, the most economically advantageous is the offer, which is the best value for money. The tenderer must leave the unit prices/service-specific prices in the offer for all requested items without VAT. The offers will be compared with the combined total comparison prices of the unit prices/service-specific prices. Comparison of offers has been opened in more detail in the sections Criteria for the object of procurement and "Other information - Basis for decision-making" of this Request for Tender.
One (1) supplier will be selected.
