- The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (later POde) asks for your offer to update the pedestrian unit in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. Oulu University Hospital Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinics are being upgraded to the walking laboratory. Walking analysis equipment is used in patient and research. Rehabilitation outpatient clinics will move to the new C-building, which is now planned for the Oulu University Hospital. Acquisition is subject to an upgrade of a walking laboratory device including a 3D business analysis system (1 pcs), 3D power plates (2 pieces) and pressure plates (2 pieces). The acquisition is divided into four objects. In order to reach the bidding comparison, the provider must offer each of the items below:- 3D business analysis system- 3D Power plate- Pressure plates- Service and support contract. decide separately on a possible service and support contract and its extent after the warranty period. The acquisition unit selects one (1) supplier whose solution is the best in terms of price (most economically advantageous). The subject of acquisition is more detailed in tendering documents. It is conditional so that the procurement is carried out and that the contract is concluded if it is granted a sufficient budget in the 2025 budget. If the procurement is carried out, the welfare area of the welfare period will indicate appropriations for procurement under this procurement decision each year separately...
