- The youth services of the city of Oulu are requesting your offer for the workshops of the Pelifarmi game development training program of the youth services / young adults services for the training organized in the spring of 2026 (hereinafter also the "subscribers") of this in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. A more detailed description of the various Workshop entities is defined in the appendix "Description of procurement, appendix 1". Workshops requested in the tender request: 1. Basics of game design workshop, the maximum price of which is no more than 1000 eur / education (VAT 0%).2. Basics of game graphics workshop, the maximum price of which is no more than 4500 eur / training (VAT 0%)3. Getting to know game development tools (in-depth) workshop, the maximum price of which is no more than 5000 eur / training (VAT 0%). From the service provider. at least one (1) Workshop for the spring of 2026 will be procured, after which it is possible to agree on one similar Workshop for the training organized in the fall of 2026 in accordance with the option. The service provider can offer together or to several areas. Description of the Pelifarmi game development training program: The Pelifarmi game development training program is intended for young people from Oulu between the ages of 17 and 29 who are interested in game development in general and its various sub-areas, such as coding, graphic design and sound production.
