Description:
The subject of the procurement is periodic and other maintenance of Mercedes Benz ambulances for the procurement period 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2025, options 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2026 and 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2027.
The procurement is divided into sub-areas Criteria for the procurement - in accordance with section.
The procurement will be made into a framework arrangement, where two (2) suppliers are selected for each section. If only one offer is received for a particular area, the customer has the right to choose only one supplier. The suppliers are placed in order of priority so that the one who submits the most economically advantageous offer is the first. If you don'tthe first in order of priority does not have the resources to meet the customer's needs, the second in order of priority is chosen.
Vehicles are driven on average 80,000 to 120,000 km per year. The estimated quantities for the procurement period (=2 years) are stated in the request for tender. Maintenance has been requested for periodic maintenancetariff. Acute maintenance is billed at the hourly rate of additional work. Additional work has been estimated for the localities of Part A 70 times per locality and for the localities of Part B 20 times per locality. The comparison is calculated based on the fact that one service takes 2 hours. The quantities are given to support the making of the offer. Tlthe driver does not commit to the given amounts, but the actual amounts may be lower or higher.
