- Laukaa municipality's subsidiary Laukaa teknisset tukipalvelut Oy requests your offer for refrigerant equipment maintenance and basic repairs of refrigerant equipment for properties owned by Laukaa municipality. Laukaa teknisset tukipalvelut Oy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Laukaa municipality, which produces Laukaa municipality management and maintenance tasks of built assets as well as storage and transport services. The real estate sites of Laukaa municipality are located in urban areas and sparsely populated areas. The maintenance items are presented in the appendix "Equipment list 21.10.2025". services and Laukaa's technical support services Oy. For maintenance activities, the supplier must annually submit a proposal for the periodic maintenance schedule in advance for the customer to decide. The contract includes the statutory obligations of the owner of the refrigeration equipment, periodic inspections and small urgent refrigeration works in the properties of Laukaa municipality. The refrigeration equipment base consists of different and different efficiency refrigeration equipment for real estate and food. The number of serviceable devices may increase/decrease during the contract period due to e.g. building renovations or of new construction projects. Other changes in Laukaa municipality's construction stock may also change the number of serviceable devices.
