Description:
The purpose is to acquire personnel evaluation services and direct search services as part of the recruitment process at Jamki. The majority of personnel evaluations performed at Jamki are manager and supervisor evaluations, but the recruitment of experts is also used assessment of suitability. Annually, the numbers vary, but the estimate is 20-25. The procurement unit does not commit to the quantity estimate. The direct search service is an optional purchase in this tender. Jamki's recruitment practices do not allow direct search as the so-called in the pre-phase, ie after direct search persons must apply for an open position. The goal is to find one (1) personal assessment and pre-direct search company with a sufficient size and a verified volume of conducting recruitments and assessments. In addition, the company must name a team of at least three (3) people (no subcontractors) to manage Jamk's personnel evaluation and direct recruitment tasks. The company must produce objective evaluation reports that include an analysis of the applicant's suitability for the position and a recommendation of the most suitable applicant. The actual decision-making responsibility for the candidate to be recruited always rests with Jamki. In the pre-direct search, it is required that the company has expertise in international recruitment and the ability to assess the suitability of applicants also culturally and in the international context. The procurement unit has not divided the procurement into different parts for financial reasons.
